Where Do You Begin When You Need A Will, Trust, and Power of Attorney?

Divorce Lawyer San Diego
Start with a clear understanding of what each document does and why they matter. A will directs how your assets are handled after death. A trust can help avoid probate and manage assets during life and after. A power of attorney ensures someone you trust can act for you if you're unable. Each serves a distinct role in protecting your wishes and your loved ones.
At Prager Jones, we guide you through this process with care and clarity:

Clarity First: We explain the purpose and function of each document so you’re not overwhelmed or confused.

Custom Plans: We build legal documents tailored to your specific goals—not templates, but thoughtful strategies.

Deep Legal Experience: Our attorneys bring decades of estate planning focus, right here in San Diego.

Long-Term Support: We don’t disappear after signing—your estate plan is reviewed as your life evolves

At Prager Jones Estate Planning, we know your family’s future is too important to leave to chance — and we’re here to plan for the future you deserve.
